We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the service. During high seasons or weekends, the earlier you book, the better the availability.
Yes, you can book from any country. We accept international payments and offer customer service via WhatsApp and email for clients abroad.
No. We work exclusively with prior reservations. We require at least 4 hours’ notice, and same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit for services under $199 USD, and a 30% deposit for services over $200 USD.
No. We do not dispatch vehicles without a confirmed reservation. A deposit of at least 50% is required via secure payment link or Zelle transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on the day of service.
We also offer pickups from hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.
No. All our services are private, exclusively for you or your group. We do not combine passengers.
No worries. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time at no additional cost.
Please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll update your reservation and continue tracking your new flight.
We’ll pick you up directly at your exit gate. Just send us the gate number, and your driver will meet you there within minutes. This system is faster and more efficient. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will stay in contact with you. If you prefer a meet and greet with a sign showing your name, we can provide it for an additional $20 fee.
The day before your service, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with curbside pickup instructions.
No problem. We will contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t hear back from you within a reasonable time, we will proceed to the international arrivals area by default. Please wait there if we haven’t connected yet. We’ll be in touch the day before, and we never leave a passenger behind.
Domestic flights: up to 1 hour after landing
International flights: up to 2 hours after landing
Hotel pickups: 15-minute grace period
Port pickups: up to 1 hour from the agreed pickup time
This is rare, as we provide up to 2 hours of free waiting time after landing. However, if waiting time exceeds this, a no-show may be declared. We suggest requesting additional wait time from the driver if needed; a $30 USD charge per additional 30 minutes will apply, payable directly to the driver in cash.
No. Currently, we do not offer this service. Children must ride on an adult’s lap. We expect to offer car seats soon.
Food is not allowed. Only water in bottles with secure caps is permitted to help keep the vehicle clean for all passengers.
Unscheduled stops are not included, but a brief nearby stop can be arranged in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the time required.
Yes, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance and there is availability at the new time.
No. The quoted price is the final amount. The only thing not included is the driver’s tip, which is optional but greatly appreciated.
