Weāll pick you up directly at your exit gate. Just send us the gate number, and your driver will meet you there within minutes. This system is faster and more efficient. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will stay in contact with you. If you prefer a meet and greet with a sign showing your name, we can provide it for an additional $20 fee.
The day before your service, weāll send you a message with the driverās name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with curbside pickup instructions.
No problem. We will contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we donāt hear back from you within a reasonable time, we will proceed to the international arrivals area by default. Please wait there if we havenāt connected yet. Weāll be in touch the day before, and we never leave a passenger behind.
